I recently saw a commercial online for a perscription drug called Lunesta. Its essentially a sleeping pill. After 25 seconds of the voiceover guy talking about how this drug can help you sleep better, there were 5 seconds of required medical mumbo-jumbo disclaimers. An excerpt:
Side effects may include….[blah blah]….and drowsiness.
Yes, drowsiness. Be warned, America. If you take a sleeping pill, you may experience drowsiness. That’s like saying, “Side effects of Ex-Lax may include the need to go poo.”
