Hi. I found your blog via East Village Idiot. My recommendation? Do a lot of wall sits and yoga, preferably the yoga where they heat up the room to like 110 degrees and you just sweat for like 90 minutes straight.
Have a fantastic trip!

In a recent study with 9 female college students an intake of caffeine approximately 1 hour before exercise with a dosage of around 2 cups of coffee (can be taken through supplement) can help reduce the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

Stretch before and after snowboarding. Seriously. Even if it's only for 5 minutes...it will work wonders.

my uneducated advice would be to run/walk/do push-ups or whatever to the point of exhaustion as often as you can now so your body is forced to adjust before your trip. really, i am not sure if thats even a sane idea but it would be what i woudl try. lucky for me i have no reason to renounce my laziness.
